Ben and Diane Bustamante

Ben and Diane Bustamante have been pioneer pastors for 20 years in Italy and have been instrumental in planting six churches.  These churches start out in houses and grow into churches; they preach, disciple and train up workers as well as evangelize on the streets.  Prayer is the focus in the breaking of ground for the new works as the harvest is ripe,  but the laborers are few.  The challenge is to find workers who will partner with us in starting a new work.  Italy is steeped in Catholicism, but the presence of God manifesting in the midst breaks down the walls of religion and brings the people into the realization they are in need of a relationship with God.  Their congregations are mostly made up of Filipinos and other English-speaking nationalities, but God is using these members to reach Italian nationals through the work environment.
